Happy Thanksgiving! We went to the Orphanage and invited the children, staff, as well as our co-laborer, Sally Sebo to celebrate the American Holiday. There were about 25 of us and it was wonderful. While many of you were sitting down to eat, so were we. It's an American Holiday so things went on as normal here in Romania. Therefore, we waited until in the evening at around 7 p.m. Laura worked hard to prepare the meal and we were rewarded with the wonderful appreciation by the children and staff. You could see the appreciation in the childrens eyes as they looked at all of the decorations and food. Laura worked hard and God blessed her efforts as she used the talents God has given to her. Thank you for making this all possible. It was worth the effort!

Belated Happy Thanksgiving! I have been keeping tabs on the progress of the fellowship center. Praise the Lord for his wonderful grace and help! I am rather surprised that you have not received more comments on these precious posts. They are REALLY good! I especially liked the heart vine...SWEET! Speaking of vines, I have heard through the grapevine that you are making a positive impact over there. Praise God!

It is so encouraging to a missionary mom to see someone(s)from home territory doing deeds of kindness and lightening the load of a busy beaver in the middle of the woodpile. (:O)HA!...Or should I say mud? Lots of that mixed in the last few weeks...

Thanks, precious Laura and all of you for doing all those special things for Sally, especially since birthday cake has kind of been a tradition here at home.

Hope you are learning new words every day and adjusting well to your new environment. The old "dutchies" would be very impressed by you "junge".("yunga") God is so good!

Thanks for keeping us informed with pictures and stories. We do appreciate it! Blessings on you and yours!
